Time for me and for Dale to be keeping up to date w/the Blog. It's a wonderful training plan and Landry is more than capable. He has passed Level 1 and we are already adding both Distance and Duration. Just need to get back on track and organized.
Dale and I need to get back on a weekly mentoring schedule, just the same as when we were working with Dale and Lily.
